If it is blood pressure related, it'll be a first for me. I'm still thinking it's a top shelf vertigo problem. Keeping my head still results in no issues. Turning head side is side is also fine. Turning head up and down is causing massive dizziness. To me, that's inner ear fluid issues.

Have you tried irrigating them out with rubbing alcohol?
As this stuff will clean & dry them out.
