Was planning on sleeping in today. BUT got leg cramps so bad. That I had to get up and walk them off. Been up for an hour and a half.

Was planning on sleeping in today. BUT got leg cramps so bad. That I had to get up and walk them off. Been up for an hour and a half. And my calf still hurts. Ever get a cramp in your foot where the toes want to cross? But I have 2 toes with pins in them, and they don't move much. Can you say PAIN!

Dude that means your dehydrated your potassium and magnesium is very low.
Hydrate yourself with electrolytes drinks.

I drink alot of Gatorade. I know what is causing the cramp. I walked over 25,000 steps yesterday in 8 hours at work.

Precisely you over worked your self and depleted your system with electrolytes, gatorade is not enough to replenish what you have lost.

Take some rest and eat fruits and vegetables with reach in potassium and magnesium

Eat avocado, hazel nuts and spinach these are rich with potassium and magnesium.

If you can buy over the counter magnesium might help. But nothing beats rest.
