As I heard often when growing up, "There are no free rides in life, get used to it, boy."

Dad also would take me to work on the weekends when I was 9 or 10 and let me use the gigantic flamethrower for the conveyor belts.

I for instance drove a front end loader at my dads concrete plant. I still want to buy like a small bobcat to rip chit up in the yard for no reason just to mess around.

Pyroimaniac- been called that before lol. When we would go camping, I took care of the campfire, no one else.

To this day I usually have a campfire burnin' on the weekends.

Heh, when I was 12 I got my first "real" job at a landscaping company. They guys would let me drive the loaders around when the bossman/owner wasnt in the field.

My dad involved me in everything at an early age. Digging the garden by hand. Maintenance on the vehicles. Washing and waxing, oil changes, tune ups, etc. Gutting deer and small game. Hated cleaning out gut shots!

Yard work, etc. At the age of 11. I was doing all of this myself.

Good for you Rusty. My old man never cared about what I do. I had to learn everything in the streets. If you know what I mean.

Try 2 goldens with a green carpet!

There was a gold haze on the carpet at all times.

When it was time for a new carpet. We matched the carpet color to the dogs color.

Dark golden. Now we are down to one golden.

Now the carpet isn't as bad.
