We migrated a bunch of stuff to a new offsite datacenter and had a couple hiccups. Nothing major but annoyed the hell out of the staff working the floors.

Bad night!

I'm going to see my buddy the bone breaker to get my upper back and neck aligned this morning. This started last Sunday at Orlando airport waiting for my flight. Thought I was over it yesterday. Last night. I moved the wrong way in bed and WAM!

From 4am on, no sleep, just pain. Took a couple of pain pills. Hoping that I can get an hour or two of sleep before I go to him.

Rusty, my recommendation is to keep a foam roller around, if you don't already. I swear by them.

That is what happened to me the other week (still get a jolt every now and then). Hope he fixes you up with a few tweaks.
