The Redline or Motul 75-90 is good. Depends on how much you want to spend.

And I have to work from 8am to 4pm.

Coming home and taking a nap after that.

When I was working at the power plant. We worked a 12 hr shift. 6:30 to 6:30. You was on for 1 month of daylight, then switched to 1 month of night. Loved working nights. Only 3 of us there, no management. And I was the guy in charge. The CRO, The designated felon. If anything happened on my shift. I was the one going to jail along with the plant manager.

No pressure.

98% of CRO's have heart problems.
