I'm wondering how would you argument mods like custom CBE or CAI. You get more whp than OEM, which technically increases the risk of accident, right?

He is probably referring to upgrading suspension, breaks...ect. if you do it yourself, lawyer will argue that you're not an expert and ****** up something, so its probably better to get any suspension upgrades done by a professional.

Couldn't they argue that even if you replaced the parts with factory parts, but your not a mechanic?
