I just giggled and asked how his clutch feel was. He got red in the face.
Madwi, the smoker is working beautifully now. Im getting +/-25 degree swings which is now tolerable I'd think. The gauge is off by well over 70 degrees. The digital probe is working Marvel's. And the amnps box with hickory pellets are smoking amazingly well. No issues whatsoever this time around. Making spare ribs currently with a 3-2-1 method. Should be done by midnight. Hahahah

Just returned home from a 2500 mile ride in the Z.
7 nights, 8 days... fun, fun, fun.... Saw only 2 Z's on the road on the first day, then 4 today all within 30 minutes somewhere slightly south east of Columbus OH Did I mention the fun part? |
