I call shenanigans. The ECU can handle the change in exhaust. Nissan has always used robust maps. MAF allows this. Changing BOTH intake exhaust will exceed the ECU latitude, though.
My ARK exhaust caused no driveability problems or change in gas mileage. It did cause a slight drop in low-end torque but that's because exhaust velocity dropped in that rpm range. I haven't had the car tuned.
