Ok, well, I would never have done that but to each is own. I don't fault you for being innovative

You get an awesome sound when you remove the muffler and go with the short tail set up. the only caveat to that is that you lose back pressure causing the car to run rich and you lose low end torque. The AAM set up is nice but you could save yourself about $150 or more by getting it marked up at a reputable muffler shop. I had mine mocked up built and installed for about $225. if you want to keep the sound and gain your low end torque back you will need to get it tuned.

I tried if before making more permanent mods and didn't think it sounded "ricey." Reverbing under the car gave it a rather pleasant, low sound (but I didn't listen to it outside the car since I was only concerned with a little more volume in the cabin). I don't recommend doing it for an extended period of time (it blows hot exhaust gas at the bottom of the car and some of the wiring) but it's a great temporary mod if you just want to see if you like things a little louder.

There is no reason to be disrespectful regardless of what kind of forum this is. It's one thing to joke around, but name calling is unnecessary. The fact that you called yourself a douche bag makes me think you seriously lack maturity. Grow up or I suggest you sell your car, buy a 350Z, and head over to their forums.

Exactly my point. I knew from the beginning that i wasnt going to keep it like that, but was definitely curious to hear how my Z sounded.

I'm in my mid 20s. Getting laid isn't a problem. I just hate bullies and you sir are a bully. If you are an adult, act like one. Calling people names is hardly a mature thing to do.

Well the world doesn't revolve around you. I hope to god you're never a passenger on my flight. You're the kind of person that gets left at the gate. Just remember that. I've already been PMed that you've proven to be jerk and not to bother wasting my time arguing. Seems I'm not the only person that thinks so. Reality check. I'm out. Deuces.

I call shenanigans. The ECU can handle the change in exhaust. Nissan has always used robust maps. MAF allows this. Changing BOTH intake exhaust will exceed the ECU latitude, though.

My ARK exhaust caused no driveability problems or change in gas mileage. It did cause a slight drop in low-end torque but that's because exhaust velocity dropped in that rpm range. I haven't had the car tuned.
