Red blood carries carbon monoxide that won't deliver oxygen to tissues in your body (including your brain) and neurons are damaged. Once those are gone there no replacing them. Be careful bud

But yes going back to spitting fire, very nice. I think I saw a video of a guy that had the motordyne cbe and it was spitting fire when he was shifting, not too sure though. Looks badass...
