We pretty much used every possible combination you can think of. By far the worst demon bolt we have ever dealt with.

That still doesnt explain how its the manifold O2. Ive never broken an o2 before either.

Just the vibration alone from impact wrench can damage those sensors, even the ones on the manifolds. I've seen it happen with the 350z guys. Hopefully that's not the case with the OP, but it's sorts sounding like that's the case.

The demon bolt connects the cat to the Manifold.. Any vibration put into that bolt is going to rattle everything in the system, but especially the manifold itself. The O2 sensor we're talking about is like 1.5-2 inches tops from that bolt...

Im leaning that way too, I've already started looking for replacements. I found a couple of them (used) on eBay. What do you guys think? good idea or bad getting them off eBay?

Personally I'd get them from the dealer only.

Just me, tho.

They're expensive as ****, too. Had to buy a couple due to a few 'issues' after the header install..grumble grumble..

I found them new for $125 on eBay. They are pricey as sh!t.

Take off the brace, engine cover, and maybe intake tubes, and yeah you should be able to get to it from the top.

Edit: Oh and it'll be stuck on there pretty good. Invest in a high quality O2 socket and some anti-seize for the new one.
