What your hearing is just parts that may not have any sort of dampening vibrating against each other due to the resonance from the exhaust. It's nothing 'wrong' I have the same thing from one of the interior trim panels in the trunk. Trying to narrow down which one it is to see if I need to put any stick on rubber pads on it to help it sit tighter.

Having the Non-Resonated exhaust certainly would be your reason. But there's nothing wrong with it you need to worry about.
