I just wanted to add what a first class customer service oriented guy Tony is. I knew months ago when I exchanged a couple PM's that he was the real deal.
I just spoke with Tony for 20 minutes, seeking advice on my final decision. He really takes his time to understand what the customer wants and expects and helps guide you into the right options. I've made my purchase with confidence. I'm now on the list and looking forward to getting my TDX with 12" resonators. I love giving business to people who are passionate for what they do and take so much pride in their work and customer service. Thanks Tony! |
