Yes, the area where the two tubes are welded together is completely opened up to allow passage from one exhaust bank to the other. We utilize this X Pipe technology over a traditional H Pipe designs because it is much more efficient at balancing exhaust pulses between the left and right bank throughout the entire RPM range.
