I did a before and after dyno test of the Takeda's on my car compared to K&N drop in's and there was no loss anywhere in the powerband.

Can you please post the dyno test? I thought & figured the Takeda's would give you more hp than the K&N drop in's.

^ ? Someone explain this to me. I know I sound stupid but how is a cai getting the same number as some filters and tubes on a stock box

That piece that unbolts via the instructions is actually the duct right before the air box not the radiator support duct. You cannot just unbolt that piece because it actually helps keep everything rigid. (I know from experience)
