as some of you asked for a weight comparison I bolted together the stock upper and lower Z34 manifold vs. the now welded lower GT-R/Z34 Adapter and R35 upper plenum.
Both units are completely comparable as all other parts like TB, fuel rails, hoses, bolts, etc. will stay the same - we only weigh the 2 parts that differ ! The outcome suprised me more than I expected because as you can see in the pictures the scale shows exactly the same position for both - 6.5 kilogram / 14.3 pounds ! so at least we are not going heavier ![]() ![]() ![]()
