The F.I. headers will fit with the stock nismo exhaust, but according to Tony when I talked to him (that was my original plan) he said the stock exhaust would really limit the power and be a significant choke point since the LTHs flow so much better than stock. So, I also got the F.I. CBE at the same time, was a nice weight savings too.

BTW, you won't need HFCs if you the the F.I. headers since they replace the stock exhaust manifolds AND the stock cats.
