I just recently installed a set of ceramic Stillen headers to my 2014 370Z. Prior to the install of the headers I had my dealer install a Nizmo cat-back exhaust and Nizmo cold air intake system. I had Uprev in Austin, Texas dyno my Z at all three stages, first exhaust, second intake and finally with the headers. The headers gave me the biggest bang for the buck so far, increasing my torque by 13ftp at the rear wheels and giving me a 11hp rear wheel increase. The intake (though I wish I had bought the Gen3 Stillen system) gave me a 17hp rear wheel increase a 4ftp torque increase and finally the exhaust added 8hp to the rear wheels with a 11ftp torque increase. Overall I obtained 36 more rear wheel hp and a torque increase of 28ftp.

I do not agree with wrapping ceramic headers and question why the original poster did so himself. I have talked to engineers at both Stillen and Nizmo and they all agreed that it was completely unnecessary and would not provide even the slightest benefit. My next bolt on is sitting in a crate in the garage, a Stillen Supercharger kit. I am waiting on the engine to break in a little more and some parts to come in to beef up the crank. I will post again later when I finish with all the bolt ons, head porting and polishing, piston and ring replacement, and post my dyno results if anyone wants to see them. I just hit 900 miles on my new Z and love this cheap Japanese pocket rocket.
