I'm by no means a car expert, but if the block was short enough to cause the tailpipe to move what about the transmission and driveshaft? Wouldn't everything else have

I'm by no means a car expert, but if the block was short enough to cause the tailpipe to move what about the transmission and driveshaft? Wouldn't everything else have to be ajusted from their orginal mounting points? Also I'd be concerned that a smaller block wasn't OEM.
