Yea, well their site says they have them available and ready to ship. I contacted them after not hearing anything for a few days, then they told me they were waiting for another shipment from HPS. A week later I contact them and they tell me they must not have received enough because they didnt have enough to fill my order lol. So at this point, ill see if they can give me an accurate time frame for shipping and if not, im cancelling my order...

I ordered mine form CorSport yesterday, I received an email about 2 hrs later asking if I would mind waiting because they were on back order. I replied stating that I'm fine waiting for a bit, then I asked how long and I got no response..

Do a Search for or PM Jordo! regarding this. He has posted dyno's. The stock intake system actually has "cold air" built in. A more freely flowing intake pipe and filter are really all that is needed if you're after just performance. If you want a pretty engine bay and more sound then go with a CAI

That seems like a bit much. That may be with both filters and hoses, but 8-10 with the combo has been reported a lot

Still 12 WHP for $210 is worth it.. The the 6-8 more you get from the stillens is not worth the extra $ 250.

^^^ I would expect typical gains fro mthe tubes alone to be less...

Anyway, that plus high flow panel filters will get you within 4-5 whp of the G3's at less than half the price.

From speaking with a couple vendors, I think HPS doesn't really give out very accurate information, and they just kind of wait around until they show up.

just installed mine and it was very easy except for i had to trim and fit the passenger side tube

Corsport is lacking in customer service. I emailed them, left voice messages with no reply and not very good at even answering the phone. Finally got a hold of them and ordered my tubes and they were on back order. after i placed the order it took about 2 weeks to recieve the tubes.

They're pretty busy with everybody emailing them a million times wanting to know where their order is.

Maybe if they were on top of things, they wouldnt have this problem. Putting "available to ship" under the product description is not helping their problems. Besides, how hard could it really be to contact HPS and get an accurate time frame of when they would receive them... and with that, to relay the information to customers so they at least have some idea. I put my order in with them March 17th! Its almost a month now. Its pretty pathetic on their end...

and unfortunatly they have monopolized the market for this mod, lol

HPS, yes, now that COBB stopped selling. Corsport is not the only place that sells them though. The issues are with HPS though, not the vendor.

Wesellcarparts has been having just as many issues getting them in stock.

You guys should inquire directly at HPS to confirm replenishment timing (at least that what I did back then...). They should be able to confirm ETA to the resellers.

:iagree: Red, Wesellcarparts stated that HPS didn't change the ETA for the parts to be shipped this week so we should be "hopefully" be getting them this week.

I ordered my set thru wesellcarparts because of the bad customer service experience from Corsport. I feel I must give wesellcarparts props for the excellent and prompt communication so far :)
