Default Which Tune for Injen Intakes, FI LTH and CBE

I will have all 3 of these soon and am anxious to install them. Through reading from the posts installing all 3 could result in engine problems. After installing all 3 the engine needs to be re-tuned. My question is the Uprev tune that everyone is referring to; will that fix the issue of the engine running too lean? Is Uprev something completely separate or what should I do when I install these 3 parts? Thanks in advance for those that reply.

Title is VERY misleading. How about... "Which tune for Intake, LTH, CBE?"

You don't need a retune for those mods. The car will run a bit lean, but I personally don't think its enough to cause concern. The tune will fix it yes. Uprev is tuning software. You have to buy a license from UpRev and buy the tune. You can then install the tune into your car.

Honestly, I don't think those three mods will lean out the car enough where it will be a big issue, but then again, thats my opinion. It doesn't sound, from your choices in mods, that you are very tight on money, so if you CAN get the tune, definitely do it...someone else had very good results with it.

Will the car be too lean if I just have the F.I. LTH +18" CF exhaust?

Correct me if im wrong but the people who had their a/f ratios off with all the mods were all stillen g3 owners.. I believe youll be fine with the injens as they are tuned for safe a/f ratios.

Why is there always a schoolyard bully picking on the new guy? You could have at least put forth some effort and said, "Use the search function, newbie!"

I don't recall picking on him. I was helping him change the title of the thread so people would come in here and help him...
