Which Tune for Injen Intakes, FI LTH and CBE

I will have all 3 of these soon and am anxious to install them. Through reading from the posts installing all 3 could result in engine problems. After installing all 3 the engine needs to be re-tuned. My question is the Uprev tune that everyone is referring to; will that fix the issue of the engine running too lean?
