As wonka said you will probably feel a slight bump in power, but you really should get a tune to maximize the gains.

You'll feel a bump in power. No other mods, the ecu will adjust. What other mods you have? If you have cai, cbe, you'll need a tune to get the most out of it.

Reset the ecu when you install them. I installed my test pipes and lost 1whp. Then I reset the ecu and gained 11whp. Just go ahead and reset it.

The reset. Disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes, then reconnect. This clears out the learned memory in the ecu. Then it starts to relearn from scratch. If you don't do the reset. It will relearn the new set-up. Just takes a little longer. But with the mods you have. It would be best to get a tune sooner then later. Then you will feel the power bump more.
