I had a random misfire because the flange on the test pipe was not seated properly on the headers. allowing outside air to hit the sensor -B1S1. The sensor reads lean, dumps fuel to compensate, this causes the ecm to pop a misfire code.
After I fixed the leak, the code cleared itself on the 3rd startup.
