Did someone finally come out with a flex fuel sensor for our Z?

Not that I know of. But if you were savvy enough you could tune each individual map for different levels of octane, measure it when getting gas and just switch to the appropriate map. Take a lot of road tuning, or easy access to a dyno, to do but could be done.

Edit - sounds like the OP has something specific in mind so maybe he can educate us

I've put over 1500 miles on it and the only issue is lack of traction lol. Not a single oil leak, well the turbos never needed any to begin with . My oil temp never gets above 220 after doing prolonged pulls and usually hovers 210 in stop and go traffic. I will get an oil cooler installed before summer, but it's suffice for now. I've checked the exhaust downpipes and no crack anywhere. I've been recently stressed out from buying a house, so hasn't been doing much tuning and updating the car. Once I move in the new house, I may sell a kidney to buy a dynojet and car lift

I will be using a flex fuel content analyzer with a gauge to show ethanol %. Zeiltronix makes a great kit. Each of the map will be tuned according to the %. Any standalone running e85 flex fuel sensor will take a tremendous amount of time to tune the compensation map, so Uprev will be no different. A 10% difference in ethanol content can be compensated by the ECU under closed loop, so exact % tuning isnt critical.

Which comp oil less turbo would you recommend for a single turbo kit? Any advice? Internal waste gate of course. thanks.

No company makes an internal WG setup for a turbo that size. You can look into this one Comp Turbo - Billet Wheel CT4-6465. It's triple ball bearing billet compressor wheel rated for 810bhp. They use Garrett turbine housings. Also COMP turbos are lighter than other brands due to the aluminum center housing.
