They are in the negative. Rectifying the current issues won't put them in the positive in my book. They will be set back to zero. Even then, they still have an uphill battle to earn new customers and an even harder obstacle retaining any past customers given their current reputation. It will take years more than likely to be a reputable business again. GTM has a lot of rear end kissing to do with this community. To be honest, Im not sure what they can to do accelerate the process of regaining a positive status. One thing that really irritates me personally are the CJM copies. Even the instruction manual is copied word for word. Personally I would like to see GTM use actual CJM products, rather than GTM branded copies. Charles is a stand up guy who works hard to design and test products for this platform. GTM ripped off of his R&D for a direct copy. It appears to be legal since they are allowed to do this, but it is not the moral thing to do.

First, GTM needs to own up to this entire steaming heap of feces. Sam needs to own up. GTM will not gain any ground with this community without coming on here, admitting that they were wrong, and that they royally screwed the pooch. Issue out a sincere apology. If that doesn't happen, most members here won't give a second look. Even if they do, there still will be some members who won't buy it. GTM will have to prove over time, with over the top superb customer service and top notch products, that they are a company worth doing business with.

Sam, I hope you are reading this and are giving these suggestions sincere consideration.
Now that's a really well response. Thought out and reasonable. Kudos man!
