Forced Induction Kit Vendor Feedback Thread

The BP kit even comes with the bits and taps? That's incredible. I was even thinking to myself how crazy it would be if a kit came with all necessary tools...and there it is.

Most if not all of the fittings already come with teflon tape on them

Correct. The kit comes with two drill bits (pilot and final) for taping the manifold, as well as a 1/8" NPT tap. A roll of teflon tape is included, even tough all the fitting already have it wrapped around the threads already.

RTV is included for the oil pan, zip ties are included as well, as is the oil filter. Oil filter housing is bolted to the bracket, as is the oil cooler. The kit is a lot like assembling Lego.

All you need is oil to and tools to complete the install. The idea is to start the install, and not have to run to the store for anything. We all know how annoying that can be.

Do you ever plan on upping production and maybe figuring something out for the AT guys? I could see a lot of G37 owners potentially jumping on your kit if you could make enough of them and cover more of the VQ market.

Actually, for anyone looking into your kit, are there any available right now or have they all been sold? When are you planning on another run? I'm pretty sure that demand should be there.....

Probably have the oldest GTM SC, so my experience with ordering and service was at a different time. I will say when I need to contact GTM they talk to me on the phone and answer my questions as needed.

Overall build of my kit is top notch, only issue I have had has been my power steering line but GTM has been here to help and get it fixed. I make the power I should and so far (knocks on wood), the only real work I have had to do is the maintenance of the kit, such as fluid, belts, filters.

Overall, with my experience, I would recommend GTM as they make quality FI kits and have the history (as do others) to back up their claims and quality.

In the process of finishing my build with Sasha's Boosted Performance kit. From my build thread:

After months of deliberation, and the orginal plan of going with a GTM supercharger, Sashas outstanding service and knowleged convinced me this kit was the way to go, some deciding factors for those on the fence:

1. FANTASTIC customer service, alsways quick to respond to messages, easy to work with, and handles his business with percision, he does what he says he will do, period.

2. Self install, I was considering the GTM supercharger, which is aslo self install, and the VSR kit, which is an in-house build, after reading the instruction manual for the BP kit, it is no sweat to install.

3.Twin scroll setup, looking at dyno graphs the power curve is similar to a supercharger curve, it just makes a lot more tq, but the twin scroll works well from what evidence I see.

4. ALL high quality parts, Treadstone IC, tial BOV and gates, turbowerks pump, etc. Also the crafstmanship is excellent on the handbuild, did I mention handbuilt parts?

5. Design, I was skeptical of having a turbo mounted under the car, but the kit is well thoughout and the turbo is tucked up above the front cradle away from danger, and keeps the turbo heat out of the already heat soaked engine bay.

Fast Intentions, I do not need to elaborate how happy I am to do business with them.

Fast Intentions TT(and CBE) "customers" are not customers, we are family and treated as such. Fast Intentions will play a large role in what direction I take in my next(supercar) purchase and you bet I will be calling them for work on that car. Yes, my experience was THAT good.

Car is still perfect, Tony calls every week for feedback.

CJ motorsports
Specialty Z(their clutch is amazing...jesus what a great piece and IMO the only thing good enough to combine with this kit...sorry OSG, you have been outdone)

All vendors that will get my business over and over.

I've put in about 40k miles on my GTM kit. For what it's worth, it's a good kit. Although it is a tad more complicated, the twin turbo setup is so much fun. You can't go wrong with Fast Intentions, and that's the route I'd go for if I were to do this again.
