Yikes. I can't speak for the numerous clearance issues, but have you considered taking it to another tuner? I'd say GTM has done enough damage. If it's that rich I'd be afraid of bore wash and screwing up that motor.

And if that's how they take care of the guy who volunteers to be the test case, the guys in the group buy better have a good local shop around to fix intall, clearance and tune issues.

Not to mention he bought their turbo kit, built motor AND transmission.... that sounds like a pretty penny...
