gt28rs with .86 AR (stage 2) on 93 is good for around 600whp. On e85 or with meth you could certainly push them higher, but at 7500rpm at 18psi you are at the very edge of the turbos efficiency. Running more than that on our engine you would start to overspin the turbos up top, which would shorten their life and blow warmer air, so e85/meth would be a must to compensate. This is assuming around 10:1 CR
