Blown Motor, Engine Rebuild/Replacement.

well it seems I'm being warned again to tone things down because the reps here feel I am bashing gtm way too much. Here is what I wrote back to

well it seems I'm being warned again to tone things down because the reps here feel I am bashing gtm way too much.

Here is what I wrote back to trips regarding this matter once again with gtm:

I understand your concern but this is not mere bashing here. Can you not see between the lines what is going on here. Do you not fully understand how many people on this forum that you represent were robbed and still continue to fight to get their money back from gtm? It's not bashing at this point my friend it's insane that the forum reps keep allowing them to slip through the loopholes on this forum with no disregard to its members..

I can't tell you guys how disappointed I am with our forum and how it still allows others here to advirtise for a company that has hurt so many people...

I'm sure at this point my reply will be deleted as my last one just was because of stating the facts of how gtm can still advirtise here through members with no disregard to its members after gtm ripped off many people here.. That's right people if the moderators do not like what you write they just delete things here again protecting gtm giving them the green light to steal from others who do not know what kind of company they are.. The sad thing is it is not bashing it is facts about gtm and how they now are using forum members to advertise their products.. Total dictation here....

If you dislike GTM so much, maybe you should remove those three letters from under your avatar...

Why do you need to drive your own thread off topic with you own personal GTM issue.

Like I told you WE get it and to move on.

If a member wants to share his pics and they happen to be watermarked? WHO CARES

He is not promoting the shop but sharing the parts it took to get his build to put out the numbers his claiming, and IF members are STILL wanting to do business with that shady company? There's nothing you or I can do to stop it.

So either cool your jets or you'll find yourself no longer a part of the forum.

Im not going to delete anything in here.

Hey ... you gotta do what you gotta do ... and I'm all for it !!!
Not too many options out there for us who are building their cars and motors.
Each and Every one seems to be a 1-off project.

We've all had to learn from reading about every one elses trials and tribulations.

In the end - each finished project is a personal statement of your vision - and hopefully it is a source of personal pride and a reward unto itself.

Mine will be done relatively soon (the next 3 months ?) ... it's been a 3 year project of upgrades and in planning and further development, but this past year it has been an enormous headache and one big financial drain.

Right now I dread thinking back on the unfinished project and the toll it has taken on my paycheck, but I am committed to seeing it thru.

I know you can't put a price tag on the time and effort put in to the build, and the escalating price tag of putting it all together, it can be mind boggling.

In the end ... when the bank account has healed ... we do have something unique ... a 1-off personal car and a 1-off learning experience ...

Just a quick update, the car has been running just fine until the crack on the drivers side has gotten much worse causing bank2 to run ultra rich. About to send a second sample off to blackstone. Sold my wife's beemer and bought her a g37 coupe and she loves it...
I still can't believe all of the turbo kits now popping up here on the forum..

Is there any way you've just got an O2 sensor going out?

That's what I was thinking at first but after switching them up and doing some logs the problems was still there. It wasn't until I shined a flashlight under the heat shield to see all of the black exhaust coming from the manifold.. Going to take it off and have it welded up and see how long that is going to last....

My local shop said they would be able to weld it no problem. I'm sure someone local can do the same. Were yours coated? Can you get it out without pulling the motor again?
