I remember my first time hittin 160+ I was pissed at my wife and I was entering the highway she was sittin right next to me. I started going thru the gears redlining 3rd all the way to 5th, when I changed to 6th my needle was at 160 and I froze for a split second trying to figure out how I got there so fast and took my foot off the gas. I'm not sure how it is in a Z but in a G it doesn't even feel like 160. Even my wife didn't realize until we made up and I told her the next day. She couldn't believe it neither.

I have done 180 in my z twice and 160 a bunch of times I am still in 5 gear at 160.I know what your saying I have giving people a ride in my car and when I tell them how fast we just went the look on there face is priceless.

Got to love the 3.3 final drive
