I like to see a $4,000 deposit/payment via paypal before parts start to ship. Once I have that amount of deposit in, the following parts ship to customer from my suppliers within the U.S:

Turbo, Wastegates, BOV, spark plugs, UpRev, Fuel injectors and Exa pump.

By the time those items arrive, the rest of the kit (plumbing, FMIC...ect) is ready to go. I provide a final balance owing, which includes shipping. Once that is paid in full, the customer will get a tracking number within 48 hours.

The deposit does not have to be paid in full at once, I am flexible as far as that goes, as everybody has a budget that they are working with. I also don't charge restocking fees, especially for imaginary parts, but I do prefer that if customer does change his/her mind that it happens before parts mentioned above ship out.
