Your car is just about completed and ready to go to the dyno. Looking forward to showing/sharing the results of our first E85 tuned car. Great TT kit, great fuel system and great fuel to support it, this should throw down some numbers with ease! Thanks, Tony |
Hey tony which turbos are on his car. Very curious.

Edit: This fuel system is the first of its kind from Charles@ CJ Motorsports. Hopefully many more to come! Thank you Charles for the support and help with the project and support that you give to the members in the community. |
I cant imagine the excitement faceglide must be feeling right about now. Lol.

Tony,
I called you a couple of days ago and I was told that you were busy working on my car :happydance::happydance: . Call me when you get a chance! |
There is just way too much porn up in here, hope the mods don't move this to the Gentleman's club haha

Kind of wish i went with the gtx, but in the end I really wanted to see the gt2860rs on e85 and get that spool. Looking at nklear's car, I may have just made the right decision. I could upgrade if I felt I needed it, but I want to kill some tires beforehand. One thing is, I feel that I have the dream team putting work into the car, Fast Intentions, Specialty Z, CJ motorsport, Bespoke Details(Galeforce), aerojacket etc. Everyone has been huge, but that is for the review! |
I can't wait to see it dude.
<off-topic> I may reconsider ZDayZ this year. I was going to skip it, but I may have to make the trip. Not looking forward to staying outside of the Lodge area again though................that sucked! </off-topic> |
Ah West coast problems....we can run summer tires all year, but no zdayz, at least not without massive commitment.
Should wave a west coast airstrip event, but California soo strict, maybe Vegas/Reno iunno. |

On a side-note, Tony, I have a wishlist, and plan on doing on-going business with you starting this year! I've been following the FI posts here and on instagram, and am lovin' what I'm seein'. Great customer service and loyal customers who are supportive of eachother. You guys on this thread are all awesome. |

Wooooooow!
|
Just got off the phone......unbelievable.
gt2860s and 2.5" FI exhaust do NOT **** around.....I will let the world wallow in anticipation. Worth....every....penny....Seb, Tony, Dan, Charles...you guys should be proud! I believe Tony and Dan are poppin' bottles so it may be a while before the update haha! |
Com' on man, you're killin' us! LOL

I could say the numbers. But nobody would believe them....this kit is THAT good.
How often have you planned something and have it not only EXCEED, but DESTROY expectations? Well Tony could attest...once I heard the numbers I couldn't even talk I was so shocked. Congrats to EVERYONE who bought this kit. Perfection has been achieved. The bar had not been raised...it's in orbit right about now. Now....traction.....where can I get some? Tease. :bowrofl:
Congrats guys! :tiphat: |
I spoke to Tony a couple of days ago about tuning my car for either e85 or race fuel now that they have Nklear's tune perfected on race fuel. Yup! Be prepared....the numbers are pretty special for a Stage 1+ kit!
|
Working on the write up now!
|
Race fuel is tons easier....e85 was a pain due to the volume of fuel required.
That being said, there is about 7 psi more in my build yet the numbers are already astronomical. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk |
Tons of data ess put together and now they know what to do. There are a few trade secrets that fast intentions and specialty z came up with to make it flawless.
Bottom line. What you will see is not unique to my build but rather an example of What this kit is all about. No smoke no mirrors.....results. Like I said...we don't pay around in this thread. I just looked at a "competing" 11psi run.....you get what you pay for...it doesn't even look like the same platform. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk |
Yup! That is what I'm going to do. It just makes more sense as I would need to change out perfectly good injectors and fuel pump. I just got to make arrangement with Seb and get it done!
We are all going to have to decide which brand of tire we want to use so we can buy them in bulk! Gonna need all the saving we can get LOL! |
Update,
Wow, where do I start! First off, listing the components on this car. FI Stage 1 TT Kit *GT2860RS *FI 2.5" CBE Fuel system *CJM full return system with our twist on things. *Walbro 485 fuel pump *Bosch 1000cc injectors Tuning *UpRev by Sebastian@SpecialtyZ *Turbosmart E Boost 2 boost controller *Innovate fuel pressure gauge Supporting mods *SpecialtyZ "6 Puck" clutch/flywheel combo *Whiteline urethane differential bushings *FI 34 row oil cooler *CSF competition radiator What a journey it has been with this car. We are proud to announce that faceglide's car is now a member of the 600 RWH club. Not only did we eclipse it, we blew right past it. 632 RWH / 589 FT LBS of torque @ 13.7 psi and the A/F is safe as can be. Ahhh, the beauty of E85 Ethanol! We have learned and figured out so much throughout this process. A lot of the inner workings of the fuel system and tuning I am not at liberty to share, but I can promise each and every one of you, if you choose to trust us with your build, it will come back to you meeting the following criteria: *The highest of quality turbo parts along with custom billet parts designed by us for this kit. *Meeting or exceeding Horsepower and Torque expectations *Efficient performance that does not heat soak. (Dyno, street and strip proven) *Clean, streamline installations with OEM fitment *Safe reliable power *Customer service and care that is second to none Today we pushed the limit of our "Stage 1" TT Kit. Let the dyno chart do the talking... http://i371.photobucket.com/albums/o...ps4b6687c6.jpg If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you, Tony |
Holy. ****. Those numbers are insane. Way past my comfort level on the stock block, but amazing nonetheless. Well done guys.
|
so am i reading this right that at 11.5psi on e85 you guys made 4hp more than the gtm stage2 at 11psi on 91?
http://www.the370z.com/forced-induct...tq-11-psi.html |
:eek2: Congratulation!!! You guys continue to out do yourselves!

Whats funny is if you look at the curve: at 4400 RPM= ++75hp/+65ft lb at 6000 RPM= ++60hp/50ft lb No comparison. Oh yeah, I am running a 2.5" exhaust to their 3" exhuast. |

Here is what we have determined what will be the definition of each stage. Turbochargers for stages, exhaust systems for plus.
Stage 1 GT2860RS 2.5" exhaust system Stage 1+ GT2860RS 3" exhaust system Stage 2 GTX2867R 2.5" exhaust system Stage 2+ GTX2867R 3" exhaust system Stage 3 HTA2868 3" exhaust system Stage 4 (In testing phase) HTA2868 w/Alpha cover 3" exhaust Thank you, Tony |
yeah but i expected the torque increase with e85 you can run timing there you cant on 91, and on that note your peak power should be a lot higher on e85, was there an issue with it pulling timing up top or something?
|
Lol, what can I say, it's a safe tune.
The car does not run out of breath, it made 632rwhp...... |

Aside of that, I will not go in to detail and start comparing what they do vs. what we do. I really want to let loose but WILL NOT take the bait! I will leave your post regarding anything about them to be answered by the other forum members. Thank you, Tony |
yeah at that number its GOD DAMN safe all right on a fuel that is essential 115 octane when you account for it's charge cooling ability
