Funny man we are traveling the same path, I have the heat exchanger already, An looked for a upgraded reservoir also but NO ROOM, an not a fan on putting the battery in the trunk. I did a lot of reading on the SVT forums but not all those guy which to a bigger one so I'll stay with the Stillen one and add some Redline stuff.. I did also leave the lines at 5/8 too. Sorry for the question but he WP is that the WP for the car or the SC fluid, I'm still under warranty. The upgraded res,You will have to look at the mustang guys site, SVT, and Cobra sites( Vendors). I found a few 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra Cooling Mods - Canton - Free Shipping

That's what I was thinking just run the pipping from the blower to fmic then to tb I would even keep the air to water cooler in place can't hurt maybe .5psi or so boost lost

I vote for this EVOHUNTER your close to boosted performance. Let him switch that kit to air to air with the Maf's in there correct location. I am willing to bet that you could make 500whp with out a problem .

We could also work out a trade or something. Any of your vehicles need new tires!? tires for labour ahaha ![]() winters coming up, a nice set of x-ices or blizzack dmv1's lol Also, i know you have alot on your plate but.. if would could figure out a air/air kit. im sure about 90% of stillen kit owners would purchase this kit.

The best thing would be to get rid of it that's only if you have someone capable of doing the work. Sasha is more than capable of doing this Air To Air with a blow through set up the way the kit should have been designed from the beginning.

Nothing about the Stillen kit is better than stock. You cant read IAT's because the maf's are in the fron bumper so the computer has no idea if the car is running hot or not. The Stillen air to water run's hotter than a air to air set up would. Now I give you some credit for copying/continuing my old set up glad I was able to help you out. I really hope it works out for you trust me I really do.
