Just looking at those plugs I would of never tried to start it looks like you have three plugs missing metal which 90% sure it's in the motor. So by

Just looking at those plugs I would of never tried to start it looks like you have three plugs missing metal which 90% sure it's in the motor. So by starting your going to scare the piston walls which will let oil in past the piston ring. I would be trying to get a small long magnet to put in there to see if there are metal fragments left. Looks like your gonna have to pull the head. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE you could try the new exhaust cam sense your gonna be in the motor anyway. Best of luck
