I noticed the same over @ the evo forums too... kinda funny cus its not like stage 4 means anything by itself ... guess it depends on the shop and their kits offered. Usually... Stage 1 - tune Stage 2 - turboback / intake / tune etc... but I have seen ppl sell a stage 1 package w/ all of the crap mentioned above... so really pointless to say stage blah... instead just list out what the kit contains...
