The air filter is located pretty low, but i doubt it is any lower then the injen long tube cold air intake. altho with the horizontal placement of the filter,

The air filter is located pretty low, but i doubt it is any lower then the injen long tube cold air intake. altho with the horizontal placement of the filter, there might be a bigger chance of it getting wet. Physically the filter sits right above the frame, pretty much right beside the cat and is clearly visible thru the passenger side rim.
As for if it will take in water, we will have to wait and see, i'm the one that will be doing most of the cold weather testing for this kit.
