Since the fans and radiator were in this press release, do they have pricing and an availability date?

Don't think so. Sam has indicated that that information is coming. There are going to be 4 different options.

Wow!
Sam -- amazing stuff and very reasonable pricing. Thanks also for providing details (and solutions!) regarding the extra precautions needed for boosted AT and also for your commentary on the underdrive pulleys. Argh... now I just need a bag of cash... very much miss FI...

I've been driving stick since I received my license 10 years ago. If any one of you guys are like me, driving manual isn't an issue in stop and go traffic. It's just that I am so used to it that it is like walking...

I could understand that, I never had an experience like this, or a father/uncle/older brother that had one I could learn/practice on. And I don't feel comfortable driving someone elses car because I don't wanna damage it lol So I just never had a chance to learn young which is when you should... just like swimming haha.

I learned to drive on a stick (an older BMW 3-series), then my first car was an auto ('81 Firebird, which is the last year of the 70's-looking ones), which I drove for about 4-5 years. Then I drove a 6-speed LS1 car for about a decade (1999-2009, RIP my old WS6 Trans Am), and now I'm in the 7AT 370Z.
The 6 speed was a lot of fun to learn things on (e.g. how to double clutch, how to heel-toe (which I was never very good at)), and having spent 10 years on a 6 speed put me in the frame of mind to never really drive my 7AT in D-mode much, but the clutch gets old anywhere but the track, and even there I'd really just rather not screw with it if I can. There's a bit of adjustment from a manual to a paddle-shifting auto though. e.g. your instincts from the manual about when to drop off the gas a bit as you upshift are all timed wrong, but once you get used to it it's a lot of fun to drive. Someday when I'm richer, I'll have a Porsche with a PDK, best of all worlds |

Anyway, my bad for getting way off topic. This thread is about GTM's badass new stage 2 kit!

Hey, cool video man! That's my home track. I used to run my M3 and STi out there, and my brother ran his C6 and now his E90 M3 out there. Not sure if you're driving both cars, but you gotta attack that hill harder and not let off so early on the back straight, haha. I used to hit 140ish on the back straight in my STi running clockwise.

Yeah I'm still learning the track, while simultaneously learning to drive on a road course. My first class isn't until early November, so for now I'm kinda winging it on my own and doubtlessly developing some bad habits. But mostly I'm going "easy" on a lot of the decels and turns because I'm not confident about where the limits are

To me its just less of a hassle to drive and I can focus more on enjoying the road/track. Agreed, back to topic.
