Isn't 1000hp a bit much for a track car? I'm not trying to flame anyone but after 700 or 800hp it becomes kind of unusable because cornering would not be

Isn't 1000hp a bit much for a track car? I'm not trying to flame anyone but after 700 or 800hp it becomes kind of unusable because cornering would not be the same and straightways would be pure acceleration. Also what brakes are you going to be using? What size rubber are you gonna run in the rear to hook up? Is the traction control system going to be modified or is it going away all together.
