It seems to be extremely difficult for Tom to pick up the phone and call Stillen. Josh is such a nice guy, so pleasant, I'm so confused.

I also find it amusing that the guy who talks quite often to Stillen (RCZ) and has a good, personal rapport with them is the guy with the least issues. There is a moral here, I leave it to the 'Dear Reader' to figure it out.

I agree that Josh is a good guy and very helpful. Really, everyone @Stillen is very helpful and kind. Wether I support their products or not they are always willing to help me when I PM them about stuff.
