Fuel return: Depends on your goals.... Catch can: You aren't running one yet? No seriously..... Even NA I'm running 2... The blowback is for real on VQ engines... The crankshaft isn't your limiting factor. I believe it can do up to or over 1,000whp...Your connecting rods however.... Stick around 480wtq or less and you'll be fine assuming the motor is healthy. So, before you spend the $20k+ do a compression and leakdown test. If all is solid, then spend the $$$
