We have good news and bad news. The bad news is we weren't able to finish the tune because our deskey dongle literally just quit communicating with the software. It just started saying unable to connect. Eugene is shipping a new one 2 day air so we will be back on the dyno Monday evening.

The good news is the preliminary numbers are exceeding our expectations. This kit is straight bad ***!!! We are going to be deep into the built motor arena if you want to send it!

I'll still place them on my site tomorrow since now I know this thing is going to way outperform anything else out there. I just won't have an actual dyno on the listing.

When you say zero BOV flutter, are you combining the noise that also includes the compressor surge/chatter? If so, is this solved by the intake tubing and the pleated filter? Is the positioning of the Vortech s/c on the ACE system compatible with the new intake?

Flutter=chatter. Its not surge on the ace kits it's 100% the bov oscillating. I've said this a bunch of times. It's just audible from the supercharger inlet. I have my custom bov filter on the QRJ plus a filter on the supercharger so it eliminates the audible fluctuations of the bov under a zero vacuum situation.

The intake and filter cannot work on the vortech units. They get positioned too far up and over to get a pipe to them.

I'm sorry, I must have missed you explaining it this way. The installer explained the noise differently to me. Is your custom BOV filter similar to the Vibrant crankcase filter? Would that addition (along with the QRJ) to the system be enough to eliminate the flutter, or is the intake tube and pleated filter contributing to the noise suppression? Are you mounting the BOV filter in a remote location? Are the mounting brackets and the intercooler identical to the ones supplied with the ACE kit (therefore the space between the intercooler and the radiator the same)?
