Elliott turbocharger. It will never spool up for you. You just don't have enough. This one stands about 4 ft tall.

The car would blow up from lugging it around. You wouldn't barely make enough exhaust pressure to spin it.
That came off a BIG diesel. Has 4 ports on top for the exhaust to go into. Each port is 5" in diameter.

Better add lots of numbers to that. Some where around 20,000hp, torque over 30,000 ftlbs. These engines normally have 1 turbo for every 4 cylinders.
