Got most of my kit figured out and mostly mocked up yesterday, will finish when hangover wears off. Two questions that came up were—is there supposed to be a gasket

Got most of my kit figured out and mostly mocked up yesterday, will finish when hangover wears off. Two questions that came up were—is there supposed to be a gasket under the clamp that holds the TiAl on to the T pipe? That seems like it’d leak—is there a part #? Also noticed the width of the 2.85” and 3” pulleys were slightly different, does that matter with which belt I use? Or I just imagine use whichever ribs is most level with the rest of the pulleys
