Default Stillen S/C Tial BOV confusion

Hey all,
I'm venting to atmosphere on an ~11psi SD tune, and the plastic BPV that came with the stillen kit has started dumping boost at ~5krpm and higher (~6psi). With the apparent failing of the Bosch(?), I'd like to move to a Tial QRJ BOV.

I'm a bit confused on what I need for this however, as I see a lot of info about the different ports types, 38mm vs 50mm, needing to weld a new flange on the charge pipe, etc.

Can someone with experience in these please guide me to what exactly is needed to mount one of these with the stillen(non-A2A) charge pipe? Am I overthinking this and just need 38mm V-band ports on both sides to use the same hoses as before?

Thanks in advance!

I used a 50mm tial wastegate it is much louder than the 38 mm.. you will need the matching tial port to be welded in the existing pipe ...and it will be connected the same as the older one ...you will need to buy the supercharger one that has the softer spring 3lbs I believe ...I ended up using a 5lb spring but didn’t see much difference...different brands have different port flanges ..so if yours is a 38mm and you buy a 38mm tial you will still need to weld a tial flange in place to match
