I think I might have an idea what my issue is. The V3 is rated at 52,000 rpm. With my current pulley set up, my sc is spinning at 66,000 rpm. I'm running the turbo guard screen and have an unresticted intake so I know it's not a restricted intake issue. It appears that it might be that the volumetric efficiency is dropping off (air cfm in vs air cfm out).
I'm going to call vortech on Monday and see if they can confirm my suspicions. I want to give a big thanks to another forum member "Z"en for explaining the basics of volumetric efficiency to me.
