Did you dyno it before the a2a?

I'm all set up for a V2 with Z1 pan spacer but I'm going to get this going right now cause the charger is just rebuilt from Vortech. After I get the trans and engine built I will step it up.

Never had it on before. Didn't want to. I bought the kit 2 years ago for $800 to do this a2a and then life happened. (Had my son) But now I'm about done.

I was hoping for a true before and after without any changes but I'm sure someone will do it, sounds like you are doing it right!

Do yourself a HUGE favor and ditch the inlet boot. Trust me.

I did before and after testing and picked up 3psi.

Can you show me a pic of what you did? I don't see how anything else would fit in that space.

I know not all dyno are equal but it should still give a pretty good idea of the difference since a lot have dynoed their cars with the a2w.

You need to put a filter right on the supercharger. But, at the moment, it requires you to remove the bracket. I'm working on a fix.

What size is the intake on the V3?

TopgunZ 04-07-2016 09:49 PM

3.5

The kit is going to be designed for the use of the Bosch valve, Turbosmart dual port or any other 1" inlet design BPV.

There are several different styles of BPV's to choose from. So like any kit, if you want a different style you will need to get that flange and make that work on your kit. It is pretty easy to do and I will help you get the parts you would need to do such a thing.

For instance I have had 3 different flanges to accommodate 3 different BPV's so far. Each one being different.

So I am taking it that, we won't have a recerc path then and just blow off?

Yes, that is it. But we don't have the clearance to get that cone on without removing the unit.

You will be vent to atmosphere. You can put a hose on the vent of the bpv and route it back into the engine bay to reduce noise. If you place it so it blows into the radiator it will kill the noise even more but it does create heat.

Pauly Z 04-09-2016 12:45 PM

So you ran your car vent to atmosphere and it ran fine?
