As long as the pressure plate you select bolts up to the OEM flywheel you should be fine.

You could, but ditching the stock dual mass flywheel is a very noticeable and worthwhile upgrade. Flywheels aren't that expensive in the context of a turbo build. The only drawback is really the increase in noise.

So I look at Summit racing, What do you guys use to tie it to the pipes, and how many ties should I get? Also should I get the t4 turbo blanket?

Safety wire is the way to go.

Yes, T4.

Just get a roll of safety wire and the pliers. Don't use the ties.

I got the heat wrap and blanket now, so next thing I wanted to work on was the fuel system. What type of return style are guys useing? I like the CJM S1-S Fuel System, VQ37VHR does anyone run this and how is it? If not are there other options out there? thank for the help btw.

cjm s1 fuel return system. no need for the s1-s (fuel rails are the difference). the other is the Fast Intentions fuel return system. same style as CJM but costs a bit more.

Default BP turbo build/advice

For reasonable stock block power levels, the return is overkill. The fuel system as provided by Sasha is enough to get you safely into the 500 range on 93.

In my old Honda (yes Honda) without a return system, the last two cylinder's on the engine would get less fuel; that is why I was considering this. Is this true for the vq? Also I do want to bring the kit to 7200 rpm and I don't want be to lean up top or have a problem. So am I looking to much into this? I did want to shoot for 500-550. The shop I will be at has a mustang dyno and it reads kind of low. For reference I posted two dynos a few weeks back. Thanks man.

I'm running the stock returnless fuel system. Only changes I've made in fuel are the ones provided by Sasha (pump/injectors/relay). Going with a S1 isn't a bad idea and I'm leaning that way when I go E85. I'm currently running 510whp on 93oct and I monitor my fuel pressure all the time and it never dips even full load.
