A dual 2.5" exhaust should flow way more than 600hp. I dont think it would come into factor until 1xxx numbers. Maybe im confused and you guys are talking about a single 2.5"?!?
i was running the ark grip 2.5'' exhaust on my car. Car made 501whp at 10psi. Aam installed a custom 3'' system on the car and the car made 580whp on that old tune. Nothing else on the car was changed. Same dyno. Similar conditions.

Did the tuner go less aggressive? You said you made 580 after the 3inch exhaust upgrade. But your signature says 540

He dialed down the boost he mentioned before from 10.5 to 9.5 to keep safe levels due to his stock clutch

Gotcha. And still all the AAM kits around make about to same power depending on what their fuel system is capable of and what exhaust they have.

Hey everyone. I am the owner of this vehicle. Jon and Kyle together make a great team and triple check every point on this kit before sending it home. I assure you after driving this car home today that these numbers are real and these guys are some of the best in the business!
