Again I must remain the professional here. When you insinuated that GTM sent me parts from someone else's kit, that is most certainly not making a good name for me. Just as I explained to FPenvy, there is a lot of reading comprehension issues in this thread and the last thing I need is for someone to skim along and read that I took "stolen" goods, what do you think that does for my business?

Now I know that wasn't directed at me but once again what does it imply? How do you know how much money I've spent with GTM? Should I have refused to take the parts to complete my kit because someone possibly before or after me paid for theirs and didn't get it? For the record Sam negotiated the payback on GTMs debt to us with the CEO of Gamma, it was approved and we are for the most part, whole again. This had nothing to do with me, it wasn't my idea or my request. This was negotiated through the owners of Vivid and Sam, he took it to Gamma and that's what was agreed upon.

Secondly, you have taken the very clear approach to make sure that everyone in the community sides with you to make sure nobody does business with Gamma. But then my name shows up, no other vendors who sell the product, just mine. Do you understand what that does to my business? Can you see how it interferes with my sole purpose of working on this forum?

Like I asked before, the name "Todd" and or "Vivid Racing" should not be mentioned by you because I've asked you nicely to stop interfering with my ability to make a living. That's all. There are people on this forum who have already been getting quotes from me on Gamma's kit and I don't appreciate you mentioning us when you don't know what you're talking about.

I don't have stolen parts, I have a complete kit that we paid for. I did not get special attention because of the amount of business we did with GTM to get what was owed to us. However I appreciate the attention they paid us to make things right. I have made it clear that if people want the kit but aren't comfortable going direct through Gamma, then they can go through me and enjoy a generous discount given to me for a debt that is owed (money lost that I could choose to keep) on the first 6 kits.

I also have in writing that the Stage 1 G37 kit I have will be covered by Gamma on the warranty and the price is not only lower than GTMs MSRP but MUCH lower than Gammas new pricing.
